Terms and Conditions of Service and Use for Individual Members
1. Contract Terms
The terms that govern the usage and provision of services of iWise2 ebusiness (‘iWise2’) online website site (‘online services’) to our iWise2 members are detailed below.
Upon accessing the iWise2ebusiness Ltd, ‘iWise2’ site you accept and agree to all of the covenants, terms and conditions that are a part of the contract terms. If you do not agree to these terms you may not access the online services.
By using iWise2 online services the Member (‘Member’ anyone who subscribes to the iWise2 site) agrees that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms, conditions and covenants. The Member agrees to review this contract periodically to be aware of any modifications to the agreement that iWise2 may make at any time and agree to check the site for notifications advising of modifications to the agreement. The Members continued use of this site will be deemed conclusive acceptance of any modified agreement.
If you do not accept the terms in full, you must not register as an iWise2 Member or use the iWise2 online services.

3. Our Commitment
3.1. iWise2 will provide online services to our Members. The online services consist of various e- learning and supporting capabilities. The mode and detail of service will be dependent upon the membership agreement made by the Member Membership Plans
3.2. iWise2 is committed to protecting your privacy; complying and enforcing the UK and EU data protection legislation. For details see the iWise2 Privacy policy.
3.3. iWise2 online services are provided with reasonable care and competence. If at any time you would like to express any concerns please contact iWise2 Customer Services Team support@iwise2.com
3.4. iWise2 online services will provide services that are relevant and pertinent to our members and will increase or decrease the provision of services dependent upon the membership usage and feedback feedback@iwise2.com. We will endeavour to provide a 24/7 service however we cannot guarantee the online service is available 100% or error free. iWise2 reserve the right to suspend the online services at any time for repair, maintenance, improvement or other technical reason. iWise2 commit to providing our members with 48 hrs advance warning where possible.
3.5. iWise2 may provide Members with the iWise2 Newsletter and may send invitations to events etc that may be of interest to an iWise2 individual member. If a Member would like to opt out of such communications, they can unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter and / or event notification.
3.6. 3.6 iWise2 may provide a Members blog for use by and for the members to discuss issues that they wish to raise. iWise2 is not responsible for any comments left by individual members and will remove comments and terminate membership of any member whose comments are deemed to be offensive under UK and EU Law. No discussion will be entered into if a member has introduced offensive commentary or has been offensive/abusive to other members as deemed by the relevant UK and EU Laws.
3.7. iWise2 do not accept any liability for any loss, or indirect consequential loss of any type (including but not limited to economic loss, business loss, revenue loss, anticipated savings loss, profit loss, future earnings, goodwill loss or production loss) whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise as a result or consequence of using the iWise2 online services and whether or not the possibility of such loss has been bought to the attention of iWise2.
4. Intellectual Property and Materials
4.1. iWise2 owns the intellectual and material property that it has produced for its online services and is protected by intellectual property law.
4.2. iWise2 material and the trademarks, logos, graphics, images, photographs, animation, videos, text, software used in the iWise2 on line site is protected by international copyright law.
4.3. You may not link to the iWise2 on line site or include it in whole or in part or within another external website without our prior written consent.
4.4. You may not copy or otherwise use, distribute or share by any means any Member content except in so far that is strictly for your own private and non-commercial use of the iWise2 online services within the scope of the Terms and Conditions. You may use the iWise2 online services for your own private use within the scope of the Terms and Conditions.
4.5. iWise2 material and services are produced for the use of members and once membership ceases through cancelation or termination of membership the material and resources of iWise2 can no longer be accessed (but may be used if previously downloaded, subject to these Terms and Conditions).
4.6. iWise2 is not responsible or accountable for any material introduced into the member’s blog by members. That is the sole responsibility and accountability of the member. iWise2 will not monitor the blog for intellectual or material breaches of introduced material.
5. Individual Membership Subscription, Renewals and Cancellations
Whilst certain iWise2 Services are available free of charge, iWise2 provide Services only to Members with a valid membership or otherwise on payment of a fee. Subscriptions can be acquired at the prices, for the periods and by the payment methods specified on the iWise2 membership page.
We may at any time change our subscription fee for a membership. The subscription fee change will only take affect once we have posted the details of our new subscription fee on the iWise2 on line website. Recurring membership prices will remain applicable until the auto renewal date.
5.1. iWise2 currently has two Member subscriptions:
5.1.1. iWise2 monthly recurring which is currently charged at £9.99 per month, will be automatically renewed each month on the same date unless iWise2 receives notifications as per clause 5.6. iWise2 membership page.
5.1.2. iWise2 Bi-Annual recurring membership which is currently charged at £49.90 for a calendar year will be automatically renewed on an annual basis unless iWise2 receives notifications as per clause 5.6.iWise2 membership page.
5.1.3. iWise2 Annual recurring membership which is currently charged at £94.99 for a calendar year will be automatically renewed on an annual basis unless iWise2 receives notifications as per clause 5.6. iWise2 membership page.
5.2. iWise2 will suspend and or cancel the membership for non-payment of membership fees.
5.3. iWise2 will charge back to the member any bank charges received due to non payment of membership fees.
5.4. iWise2 Gift Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and must be activated within 3 months from the date of purchase. Expiry of and right to use the iWise2 online site is 12 months post activation date. The validation number must be used to activate the member subscription.
5.5. iWise2 incorporate all applicable taxes and charges within the membership subscription.
5.6. iWise2 members have the right to cancel their subscription at any time by requesting closure of your account either via the web form within the iWise2 on line site or by contacting our Customer Services Team support@iwise2.com. A Request for cancelation under this clause does not result in any refund of any previously paid subscriptions to the Member.
5.6.1. iWise2 require the member to cancel their membership subscription 5 (five days) prior to automatic renewal date to avoid having their nominated account debited. This is required due to time zone differences and different bank policies.
5.6.2. Failure to cancel within the 5 (five day) period may result in your account being debited and a refund will not be provided.
5.6.3. The member has the right to continue to access and use all the iWise2 online site facilities until the expiry date of their membership.
5.6.4. iWise2 has the right to cancel membership for any reason and will refund the balance of membership paid from the date of cancelation.
5.6.5. Membership cancelation will be confirmed by iWise2 via email whether instigated by the member or by iWise2.
5.6.6. iWise2 membership is non-transferable and may not be sold or transferred in any way.
6. Purchase and Return of ebooks
Purchase of ebooks
6.1. iWise2 ebooks are an electronic download and you are provided with a member account upon purchase of the ebook, the ebook link will be stored in your account history for the duration of the life of your account in case you accidentally delete it from the device you downloaded it to i.e., PC, laptop, ipad, kindle, mobile phone or any other media device that can accept ebooks.
6.2. In the event you accidentally purchase more than one (1) copy of the ebook, provided you advise iWise2 Customer Service Team support@iwise2.com within 7 days of the error, iWise2 will refund the purchase price of the duplicated ebook purchase.
6.3. iWise2 will help you resolve any technical difficulties you may experience regarding your e- book order. Please contact our Customer Service Team support@iwise2.com
7. Contact Us
iWise2 is a 100% committed ebusiness and conducts all contact on line via our Customer Service Team support@iwise2.com and links within the iWise2 site itself. We are committed to providing the best possible customer service and we aim to respond to all queries, concerns and feedback within a 48hr period (business hours), this is due to the different timezones across the world.
8. Right to cancel under distance regulations
This section applies to you only if you are a “consumer” as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and if you are a resident within the EU you may cancel your order for the services by giving iWise2 written notice by emailing the Customer Services Team within seven working days of placing your order. Within 30 days of receipt of your notice, we will provide a full refund. This right of cancellation does not apply once you have started to use the relevant service. If you choose to become a Member and enter the iWise2 online services, you are electing to commence the online services immediately and you waive any right to cancel the iWise2 Membership service under these regulations.
9. Warranty and Liability
9.1. iWise2 liabilities under this agreement will not exceed the amount paid by individual Members.
9.2. This agreement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. iWise2 Members must be over 16 years of age and if not must have the authorised permission of the responsible person who can authorise on their behalf.
10.2. iWise2 does not recognise any modifications of waivers to these terms and conditions unless explicitly stated and signed by the authorised signatories at iWise2 and by the Member by accepting these Terms and Conditions.
10.3. A Member who is not a party to these terms may not enforce any of them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
10.4. Each Member agrees to defend, indemnify and otherwise hold harmless iWise2 and its officers, directors, agents, employees, shareholders, successors and assigns from and against any cause of action or claim, including court costs, expenses and attorney fees related to or arising from individual or corporate prohibited conduct or other improper or illegal use of the site or breach of these terms.
10.5. In the event of a dispute of these terms between a Member and iWise2, the parties will attempt to settle the dispute by mediation in accordance with the Centre for Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
10.6. This agreement will be governed by the laws of Scotland and the Member and iWise2 agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
