I have been in my new post for 3 months. I like the work, I like my colleagues, I like the company but I don’t like my boss’s approach.
Everything I do is checked, if I make a mistake I get a lecture on what I did wrong and she rolls her eyes at me. I feel like I can’t breathe at times without getting permission. I have to explain to her before I do anything, what I am going to do and how I am going to do it.
She is driving me nuts. Sheis not as bad with the others, they say I will get used to it and not to take it personally but she does tend to make us all a bit nervous.
I feel like I am under the microscope… what can I do to change this and honestly to get her off my back?
