The Affinity Diagram or KJ Method is a creative process that helps organise ideas produced from other creative sessions.

It can be used in conjunction with these other techniques to produce ordered and structured output lending itself to further detailed analysis.

The analysis helps group and categorise data.

It allows, what can sometimes be random ideas, to be given form and order ready for problem solving and deeper understanding.
