Change is complex and successful change requires a robust process to manage and optimise many factors, including internal and external resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, timescales, stakeholders, competing and changing priorities, technology and processes.  

Bringing them all together to deliver, achieve and recognise the benefits signed off in the business case requires discipline and a rigorous project management approach.

There are many techniques and experts that provide guidance on how to manage the risks and pitfalls and make change successful - yet it is remains a complex challenge to implement change successfully and achieve its envisaged benefits.
