In late 2012 we were approached by Babu Vittal on behaf of his team of 5 who were undergoing a postgraduate program in Human Resources through one of Asia's premier institutes, XLRI.

As part of their work they undertook a project on team effectiveness based on context, composition, task and process.

In searching the internet for relevant guidelines Babu found the iWise2 site and found the topic very interesting and thoughtful and felt we had a wonderful tool!

With our agreement Babu went on to incorporate our Team Effectiveness calculator with minor modifications into their project work.
